Follow I-94 East to 294 South. Take the exit for IL-58 Golf Road. Turn left onto East River Road, then immediately turn right onto Golf Road (heading West). Turn right at N. Des Plaines River Road. At the first light Nazareth Way, turn left. The main parking lot is to your left. Our facility is located on the Holy Family Medical Campus under the red canopy.

Follow I-90 E to Elmhurst Rd. Take exit 73 and turn left on Elmhurst Road (heading North). Turn right onto Golf Rd. Turn left at N. Des Plaines River Road. At the first light Nazareth Way, turn left. The main parking lot is to your left. Our facility is located on the Holy Family Medical Campus under the red canopy.
COMING FROM THE EAST / CHICAGO
Follow I-90 W to the I-90/I-94 junction. Stay to your right and merge onto I-94 W. Take exit 37A to US-14 W Dempster Street (heading west). Turn right at Central Ave./Harms Road. Turn left at Golf Road. Turn right at N. Des Plaines River Road. At the first light Nazareth Way, turn left. The main parking lot is to your left. COMING FROM THE SOUTH SUBURBS
Follow I-294 N to US-14 W Dempster Street (heading west). Merge on the ramp for Rand Road/294 North. Stay on your left side on the ramp in order to merge right onto Rand Road. Turn right at S. River Road. Turn left at Nazareth Way. The main parking lot is to your left. Our facility is located on the Holy Family Medical Campus under the red canopy.
